To award Illinois youth for their participation and success in the statewide exhibition of swine projects, while helping promote a fun and honest atmosphere at participating swine events. To encourage the youth of Illinois to more eagerly participate in swine events and to provide educational and skill-building opportunities, while enhancing the knowledge of Illinois youth about the purebred, showpig, and commercial segments of the swine industry. |
